Return & Replacement Terms
- We offer replacement only, not refunds, for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect products received (wrong size, design, or item)
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
How to Request a Replacement

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.
- If approved, we will initiate a free replacement and share the next steps with you.
Conditions for Replacement
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
Note
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Size or style preferences
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders not reported within the 7-day window
