At tramodern, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

Return & Replacement Terms

  • We offer replacement only, not refunds, for:
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect products received (wrong size, design, or item)
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at 📧 tramodern84@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  2. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.
  3. If approved, we will initiate a free replacement and share the next steps with you.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

Note

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Size or style preferences
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders not reported within the 7-day window
